The Tempurpedic Celebrity bed is possibly Tempurpedic's most luxurious high-end bed. Quite expensive to be sure. It's got a big pillow top and it's one of those beds that short people will need a step stool to get into. Aside from the pillow top, I think it may also have more tempur material in that matress itself. Ideally, you should visit a store that has multiple tempurpedic models so you can see what the difference is in the differnt models by laying on them.
