King size matress

My wife and I can't understand why every couple doesn't have a king size matress. We can hardly stand sleeping in anything smaller. We need space. I suppose not everyone does. Granted, we also usually have at least 2 or 3 cats sleeping on the bed with us, and we really need the space for that. But even with no cats, we would still require a king size matress.
