Matress Giant is just another matress store. I think they're in 13 or 14 different states. They just happen to be one of the larger matress stores so you might see more commercials for them. It's possible that being big could allow them to give you slightly better prices or a better selection. But you should still check out all the stores in your area when you're shopping.
