I have been talked with QVC about my mattress. It was purchased from QVC but after 4.5 years they say any warranty matters are up to the Bodipedic people. Dealing with them was a waste of time. Although their delivery people installed the mattress, they claim in their warranty that there is no center support for the mattress. The fact that "they" did the installation on a king size frame with a vertical support between the two box springs obligates them. Their printed warranty does not mention the position of this support. I would NOT DEAL WITH QVC OR BODIPEDIC and would highly recommend against this. > I have the Biopedic queen size set..going on I believe > 2 years now.
