Some people seem to be under the impression that mattresses do not develop a body contour or silhouette after use. They all do. But that doesn't = an impression that is covered under your warranty. Stress-o-pedic has great non-prorated warranties of 10, 15, and 20 years. They also will warranty impressions or sags that go beyond 1.5 inches. Just find a salesman and dealer who will be straight with you and openly represent what mattresses do and what would be covered in the event something occurs. Also, read or ask if the dealer has a comfort exchange or other type of policy. Ask if they have an in-house service crew who will come out and inspect a mattress. We not only have one, but also have an independent service that will come out and inspect a mattress. This is important as it can sometimes mean you have people who want you to find the right mattress for you, not just take the commission and run. Excuse me, but I have to go and help some people find a great STRESS-O-PEDIC mattress that suits them. Happy buying.
