My bed started to sag seriously within 3 days on both my and my husbands side. We bought it Dec 2006. Now there is a hump in the middle approx. 2 1/2" high. I turned the mattress every two weeks for the first several months as we were told to do by the salesman. Now we turn at least every six weeks. Doesn't help. I tried to return the bed to Sleep store in Mesa AZ on day 25 of the 30 day "no return hasslse" without any luck. I was told it was not "worth the hassle to do" and a waste of money. This is the worst mattress I have ever bought. I paid $2049 for a Cal King Camelot 4271. It was also misrepresented as part of the Chateau Collection and until I did more research on the company I then found it was listed in the "select rest" collection (still made by stress o pedic). I wish that I could give some of the glowing comments listed on some of postings but mine is the horror story that began day 3 and not with a low end price mattress. This was recommend by my chiropractor and he is attempting to get his bed repaired is not having any luck either. It sounds like it is 50/50. You either love them and get a great bed or you get a really really bad mattress. If you take a chance and buy this brand, I sure hope you get one you love because you may not be able to do anything about it.
