The foam is coming out all around the edges, it is sagging, the box springs wires are coming through. The box springs has broken down and we had to put the wires on the inside. Also I can only sleep on the edge of the bed. Right now I took it down and sleep on a air bed until someone can figure out it is a $1100.00 piece of foam. I have sent in 3 claims for warranty refund, the first 2 GOT LOST the ones with the pictures. The third claim form i sent has been nearly a week. No calls or emails. I emailed Sleep Innovations on July 3rd or 4th 2007 or i would not got an answer back.I have had the run around from QVC,Sleep World Products, Sleep Innovations the merry go round just keeps on moving.While i suffer from Fibromyalga that is the whole reason i bought the Bodipedics mattress set. Sleep Innovations said that they can't find a warranty inspector in my area to come to my home and for me to take photos again and send in. The bed is up against my wall i no longer can sleep on it. Does any one know who sell s the bodipedic mattress in the Indiana area? I need to know please help.
