People want this super-soft topping and that's what causes the hammocking. We had two different models that did the same thing. One with the memory foam pillowtop; the other with the latex top. They were comfortable, but you couldn't move once you got into bed. Did you find that to be true as well? No more pillow top for us. We will play with that on our own. We got the bed at, brace yourself, The Dump in Dallas, TX. Sounds awful, but it's nice.
