I lugged the whole thing, queen pillow-top mattress, box spring and frame down to another local mattress store. He originally said that Stress-O-Pedic had a good rep. After he saw the mattress he said that it was the most defective mattress he had ever seen. The mattress was shipped back to the factory. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I had to sleep on the floor until it was shipped back to the local store. They were kind enough to deliver it to my house. My back hurts all the time and I have to sleep on my side, clutching the edge so that I don't roll into the middle of the bed. DON'T EVER BUY A STRESSFUL-O-PAD-ICK
