Slept great for 3 weeks till the mattress started to sag. I called the merchant who denied anything could be possibly wrong, but he said he or someone would inspect it. I also called HQ at Stress O Pedic, who said they would inspect the bed, at the factory. Inspections never happened, meanwhile my credit card purchase was in dispute resolution, and now finally it is out of dispute, and my account is clear. I purchased this bed because of extra firm support and also the salesman said the warranty would last 20 years. Soon I will go shopping for a new mattress - a Beautyrest or reliable one.
