Hi All Wish I had found this forum looong ago...must be about three years that we purchased the bodipedic from Qvc. I called Bodipedic and talked with the guy who reassured me that my weight of 250+ pounds was "not a problem"..and besides we had that great 20 year warranty, right? Within three months we had "dips" on both sides and my husband is not near my weight. The dips progressed to valleys. I was able to get in touch with Bodipedic and was told the warranty doesn't kick in unless over an inch and we had to have both the receipt and original shipping carton..pleez..who has that! Very disgusted with them and sooo disappointed with qvc. Anybody heard of Absolute Comfort??
