wow, this thread really has grown.. I did contact QVC and they gave me the number they had for them..Keep in mind this was over a year ago that I tried.. i think this is going on the 3rd year that I've had the mattress and it is without a doubt in need of being replaced...there isn't a level surface left on the bed.. It is still comfortable to sleep on, unless like I said..your a big time stomach sleeper. However if the Visco springs back like it should..its comfortable on your stomach also.. For those of you considering it..you might want to call that number just to ask a few pre sales questions.. if for no other reason then to see if you actually get a live person.. If anyone has the number i'd like it again..i'll give them another try and see if I can get them replaced. The side i put at the foot of the bed has a dip of over 3 inches which is like sleeping over a crater..chest is supported, hips are but nothing under the stomach..its horrible.. I do wish you all good luck and hope yours is better then mine
