Tempra pillow

The tempra pedic pillow is great for some people, but it's not for everyone. My wife got one because she had a lot of neck pain. At first, her neck was better, but then new problems began. I think the primary problem in this case is that we have a very soft bed and the pillow is rather firm. So it puts her neck at a bad angle while she's sleeping. It might be better on a firmer mattress. Personally, I think the pillow is too firm. It hurts my ear if I lay on it for a long time.
