I have the Biopedic queen size set..going on I believe 2 years now. I purchased the set off of QVC, and at the time..their 3 payment plan was the only way i could afford a good matteress without maxing out the credit cards. QVC does let you try it out for 30 days, if your not happy you can return it for a full refund. Try getting that kind of deal at your local mattress store. And while I agree with Dave you should try it out before you buy it. Laying on a mattress in a store for a few minutes really tells you nothing. You dont know anything til you wake up the next day after getting a full nights sleep. Positives: Visco is the way to go. Atleast for me. My back aches I use to wake up with and stiff neck and shoulders were gone when sleeping on this mattress. Very comfortable to lay on, especially if your a back and side sleeper. Negatives: Not good if you like to sit up in bed and watch tv. It seems to make the side you sit on grow soft and not bounce back as it once did. Right side of bed developed a dip so bad, that I couldn't lay on my stomach because there was nothing there to support me. I'd have to stuff a pillow between my stomach and the mattress. Adventually i put the bad side at the foot of the bed. Left message with Biopedic.. no live support..and no one returned my call. Once it looses its firmness, if your a stomach sleeper, it can be somewhat uncomfortable to lay on. Im already ready for a new mattress, while this one is covered for 20 years..i haven't been able to contact anyone yet for the replacement. I think here on out I will buy in a store. That way I can go tot he store directly for my replacement. I noticed to some companties are combining spring mattress with Visco for that extra support yet still the visco molds to your body. I may shop around for one of these. Hope this helps anyone. Feel free to drop me a note if you have other questions.
