Sleep Number Matress

The Sleep Number matresses are the only ones I'm aware of that give you control over the firmness. There are air filled bladders inside the matresses and you can inflate or deflate them to adjust the firmness. Much different than just an inflatable matress though. You can have one air sack for the whole matress or you can have a separate one on each side so two people can each have their own level of firmness (or softness). Seems like a great idea for anyone who isn't sure what firmness is right for them. Of course, they're fairly expensive.
