Sleep Train Matress

Sleep Train Matress is a matress store chain in Southern California. They sell all the main stream matress brands. There's one thing about them that's unusual though. On the home page of their web site, they have the email address for the president of the company. Does he personally read all of the emails people send him? I don't know, but it's interesting that the email address is there for everyone to use.
